Pierce Kafka

Writer, director, and creative executive focused on how ideas are created, positioned, and brought into the world.

About

Pierce Kafka is a South Florida-born writer, director, and creative executive whose work spans advertising, public relations, commercial production, and feature filmmaking. Over more than two decades, he has built his career around a central belief: creative work is only as powerful as the way it is positioned, packaged, and brought into the world.

He is the co-founder, CEO, and creative director of Kafka Media Group, an integrated marketing agency he leads alongside his wife, Michelle. Together, they have built a specialist team of publicists, producers, strategists, and creatives who develop unconventional campaigns for companies whose missions they believe in. Pierce has led creative strategy and production for Fortune 500 companies and other nationally recognized organizations, aligning storytelling, media, and distribution with broader business goals.

Pierce is also the creator of Soft-Analytics®, an award-winning system developed by KMG to combine traditional performance data with human interpretation. The approach examines not only how widely a campaign travels, but how people perceive it, which ideas resonate, and what creative opportunities emerge from the response.

His debut feature film, Contradiction, was a large production produced on a zero-dollar budget and has screened at film festivals across the United States and internationally. He is currently developing his next feature project, Metamorphosis. Across KMG and his film work, Pierce is driven by the same objective: finding a distinct perspective, shaping it into something people can understand, and building the strategy required for it to reach an audience.
